I will set up a chart of accounts by paying attention to your business’s needs and industry. Also, I import new account, product/service, customer, or vendor from scratch.

QuickBooks Online Cleanup and Catchup

This service includes organizing and reviewing transactions that may be disorganized, inaccurate, or incomplete in your QuickBooks.

I will bring your financial records up to a certain standard of accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

QuickBooks Monthly Bookkeeping Services

This service includes downloading & categorizing transactions into QuickBooks. Also reconciling accounts to bank and credit card statements and closing your books on a monthly basis.

I will provide monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet).

Optional add-ons: invoicing, bill pay, income categorization, etc.

Note: Work is completed from my home office

Pricing is based on the number of your financial transactions and the services you choose.

Monthly prices start at $200 per month.
